The Job – Property Co-ordinator
Our client is looking for a Property Co-ordinator to join their team. This job would be suited to someone who has come from an Estate Agency background where compliance is the main part of your job, I.e. – Lettings Administration or possibly Sales Progression.
Duties – Property Co-ordinator
- Prior to auction going live you will be required to obtain documentation for presales
- Sending out sellers agreements & ensuring these are completed prior to auction to live
- Instructing solicitors for legal packs to be sent out
- Ensuring all documents are correctly signed and accurate
- Uploading documents to CRM
- Checking ID’s
- Giving sellers support by phone and email prior to auction
- Dealing with the legal side once auction is finished
- Ensure all Sellers & Purchasers are contacted to congratulate them on their sale/purchase
- Send contracts out
- Updating the CRM sales progression portal
- Ensuring a rolling spreadsheet of sales progression is regularly updated
- Progression chasing to get the sale through to completion within 28-56 days from date of sale
- General internal administration
- Setting up new agents to the CRM & sending out confirmation instructions
- Dealing with AML’s (Anti Money Laundering)
- Dealing with general email enquiries
- Giving some support to the finance/accounts department where required

- Estate Agency Experience (in either Sales or Lettings)
