The Job – Lettings or Branch Manager
Our client is looking for a Branch Manager looking to take their career to the next level and run an already fast paced office to the next level. You will have ideally had within Lettings predominantly at a senior level with experience managing a team and running an office. This opportunity to really make a difference to a branch that’s got so much potential.
Duties - Lettings or Branch Manager
- To drive and increase on market share
- To manage a busy office and a small team
- Ensuring maximum business opportunities are followed through
- Researching the market to increase market share
- You must be willing to roll up your sleeves and lead by example, there will be valuations and viewings you will need to attend
- Negotiating to agree instructions
- Lead and business generation

- Up to £30k basic
- OTE - £40-45K PA (with potential to increase)

Essentials - Lettings or Branch Manager
- Lettings and / OR sales experience at a senior level
- Good work ethic
- Good communicator
- Full UK driving licence
