Job Description: (Property Manager)

Be a part of someone’s journey into their new home... You’ll look after tenants from the point of the holding deposit taken all the way through until they eventually one day move on – who knows they could be with you for years!
The finer details of the role would be:
- Managing a portfolio of properties
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, tradesmen, service providers and professional advisors
- Arranging and monitoring works and repairs
- Arranging property visits, inventories, check ins and outs
- Mediating between landlords and tenants on any issues or disputes
- Handling tenancy deposit returns
