The Job – Accounts Assistant

Our client is looking for a Accounts Assistant looking to support their Accounts & Service Charge department.

Duties - Accounts Assistant

• Deal with customer enquiries
• Negotiate and agree payment terms for arrears and manage the process
• Liaise with senior staff on reporting for meetings and debt consolidation
• Chase service charge payments
• Deal with utility recharges and enquiries
• Keep CRM updated regularly
• Monitor the department inbox and pass over accordingly
