The Job – ESTATE AGENT / SALES NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR
Our client is looking for a ESTATE AGENT / SALES NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR to join their team in the beautiful area of Leatherhead. If you have worked in a Property Sales environment and want to work for a well-regarded Estate Agency, then get in touch today.
Duties for the ESTATE AGENT / SALES NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR
- Liaise with vendors and purchasers
- Attending viewings
- Booking valuation appointments
- Registering applicants
- Sending out property particulars to potential applicants
- Negotiating to agree sales
- Dealing with enquiries
Perks for the ESTATE AGENT / SALES NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR role:
- CIRCA £25-30K BASIC SALARY (Fixed currently) + mileage reclaim

Hours for the ESTATE AGENT / SALES NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR role:
Monday – Friday 09:00-6:00pm, Alternate Saturdays 09:00am-4:00pm with 1 lieu day off in the week when worked
Required
- Good work ethic & attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Estate Agency experience, ideally at valuer level although not essential
