Our client is looking for a New Homes Consultant looking to take their career to the next level and work for a market leader. You must have had experience within New Homes to be considered for the role.
Duties – New Homes Consultant
- Welcoming new potential purchasers & allowing free reign of the show home/flat (if one is available) for them to look round offering assistance where necessary
- Showing purchasers floor plans & different house types for the schemes/sites you have available to purchase
- Dealing with enquiries on behalf of the developer
- Explaining the different schemes, they can use to purchase
- Referring purchasers to recommended brokers & solicitors
- Taking reservation payments & reserving plots (homes) for them & explaining next steps
- Booking in reservation appointments to go through all the reservation details & floor plans in more depth
- Discussing options for purchase (flooring, additional lighting, radiators etc…)

Working Hours - New Homes Consultant
Mon-Fri 08:45 – 17:30 + alternate Saturdays (with a day off in lieu when worked)

- Full UK driving licence
