Our client is looking for a Receptionist to deal with initial sales & rental enquiries and co-ordinate with the internal teams on new bookings & file progression where necessary.
Duties
- To liaise with other co-ordinators to ensure smooth running of the sales & lettings departments
- To ensure that administration and data is updated onto the CRM ready for each department when they need it
- Ensuring the keys are always signed in and out
- Deal with enquiries for all sales & lettings
- Booking appointments for the teams
- Take inbound calls for each department and filter/take messages accordingly
