The Job – Estate Agency Branch Manager
Our client is looking for a BRANCH MANAGER to join their team in West Essex. Duties - Estate Agency Branch Manager
- Dealing with the general management of the day to day running of the office alongside the Director
- Compiling reports of office performance for weekly review with Director
- Ensuring maximum business opportunities are followed through across the team
- Researching the market to increase market share
- You must be willing to roll up your sleeves and lead by example
- Negotiating to agree instructions
- Lead and business generation
- Team motivation – you must be enthusiastic & hungry, pushing your team to strive for excellence
Working Hours - Estate Agency Branch Manager
Monday - Friday 09:00 – 18:00, Saturdays 09:00-15:00 (with a day off in lieu when worked) = 4.5 day week!!!
Required - Estate Agency Branch Manager
- Good work ethic & attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Good listing experience (not necessarily in West Essex)
- Full UK licence + own car
