Our NEW HOMES DEVELOPER client is looking for a motivated SALES PROGRESSOR to work in the HQ office in Essex.
Duties
- Liaising with buyers, vendors, solicitors, lenders/brokers & surveyors throughout the chain of the sale, monitoring and tracking each sale to meet exchange and completion deadlines
- Preparing weekly reports on and progression, ensuring progress is charted and procedures are always complied with

Working Hours
Mon-Thurs 8:30am-5pm, Fri 08:30am-4pm (1 year maternity cover contract with potential to go perm)
