What are the key duties for the Sales Valuer?
- Liaising with vendors and purchasers daily.
- You will be attending properties to bring on the instructed property, including photography and write ups.
- Organising and booking Market Appraisal appointments (Valuations).
- Negotiating to come to an agreement on instructions.
- You will have to research the market in order to increase market share.
- Sales progression assistance.
- Assisting with Lettings, where experience is not necessary.
- Generating business and lead.
The Sales Valuer working hours:
Monday - Friday, 9:00-18:00.
1 in 2 or 3 Saturdays, 10:00-14:00
