REMOTE ROLE

The Job – (SENIOR) RESIDENTIAL BLOCK PROPERTY MANAGER

Our client is looking for a RESIDENTIAL BLOCK PROPERTY MANAGER to assist with their ever-growing management portfolio. This position is home based with the requirement to visit sites from time to time, therefore a full UK driving licence is essential for this role. You must have had experience within estate, block or asset management before and you would ideally be IRPM accredited (although this is not essential). This is an opportunity NOT to miss.

Duties for the RESIDENTIAL BLOCK PROPERTY MANAGER

  • To oversee a specific region within the portfolio, comprising blocks of flats and housing estates
  • Preparing annual service charge budgets and managing expenditure throughout the year
  • Conducting monthly site inspection visits and following up any required maintenance or health & safety issues
  • Liaising with contractors, surveyors, and insurance companies to ensure that the portfolio is adequately maintained and insured at all times
  • Liaising with leaseholders and tenants via email, phone, and in person
  • Client reporting and meeting attendance
  • To act as first point of contact in relation to any complaints concerning the managed properties

 

Working Hours for the RESIDENTIAL BLOCK PROPERTY MANAGER

Mon-Fri 09:00 – 17:00 (although there may be times that you will need to be available outside of these hours to suit the needs of the role, although this is minimal)

 

Essentials

  • Residential block management experience is a MUST
