The Job

Our client is looking for their next INSPECTIONS CLERK to join their team in Harborne. If you have experience in the property sector and want to work with a DREAM team then get in touch today!

Duties

  • Carrying out regular interim inspections on all managed properties
  • Identify any defects and raising possible issues to Property Management team
  • Conducting inventories prior to the commencement of tenancies
  • Arranging key handover and completing check out reports at end of tenancies
  • Updating specified areas of the property management database
  • Completing reports for landlords on inspection and inventories using agreed templates
  • Identifying repair/maintenance issues during inspection
  • Carrying out general administration

Hours

Monday – Friday 9:00-17:30, NO WEEKENDS

Essentials

  • Experience either as an existing inspections clerk or admin experience in the property management OR property management experience
  • Good work ethic
  • Good communicator
  • Ability to work at a fast pace
  • Full driving licence
