The Job

Our client is looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to join their team. If you have experience at LISTER/VALUER level OR are currently a supplier to the Estate Agency industry, then I want to hear from you!

Duties

  • To build and nurture existing and new business relationships
  • Branch visits to provide training on the product
  • Attend networking events to develop new relationships
  • Bring on and on-board new agents

Working Hours

Monday – Friday  09:00 – 17:30 REMOTE but you will be on the road 3-5 days a week

 

Location

Rochester and surrounding areas, remote based

Essentials

  • You MUST have had either estate agency experience (SALES) OR be a current supplier to the estate agency industry
  • Great work ethic
  • Excellent communicator, solid engagement
  • Have the ability to think outside the box
  • Be comfortable with LONE WORKING
  • You will be out on the road often so you will need to feel comfortable being out often
